Where The Wild Things Aren't - Erik Henry Vick - diskuze

A dark urban fantasy thriller with a kidnapped werewolf detective, a city-wide conspiracy, and a rescue that risks everything. Someone stole a werewolf. It takes a lot to make a werewolf disappear…and it starts with a voice from the darkness and a bolt of lightning. When Dru Nogan drops by before work, she finds Detective Leery Oriscoe’s apartment standing open, the doors scorched, and no sign of Leery anywhere. No body. No blood. Just enough destruction to make it clear somebody powerful came prepared. Forensic evidence points to a magister of significant power, but Leery isn’t exactly an angel, and the suspect list is long. Worse still, not even Lucifer can locate him. That’s a problem. Fortunately for Leery, Dru and the rest of his friends are highly motivated and only loosely concerned with rules, property damage, or the wellbeing of anyone standing in their way. Can Leery’s troop of powerful friends fill the space left Where the Wild Things Aren’t?Where the Wild Things Aren’t is Book Ten in the Claw & Warder series, perfect for readers who love supernatural police procedurals, paranormal courtroom drama, sharp gallows humour, and urban fantasy in the vein of Jim Butcher and Ben Aaronovitch. ___________________________________________________________________Praise for the Claw & Warder series:? ? ? ? ?
