Grard Depardieu stars in this drama by Abel Ferrara. Devereaux Depardieu is an extremely powerful man with billions of dollars at his disposal. This man who seemingly controls the economy however, cannot begin to understand how to control his sexual urges and sets out fulfilling his fantasies anyway and anywhere he sees fit, getting into serious trouble with the media and his unforgiving wife along the way.
