Following the death of their adoptive father, Sir Reginald Hargreaves Colm Feore, six former child superheroes reunite to solve the mystery of his death. As past tensions resurface, the estranged surviving members of the Umbrella Academy investigate their father's death whilst trying to prevent a looming apocalypse.
