Author Dr. Andrea Vitz, who gave us The You You've Never Met, now offers a revised edition of the detailed Companion Journal to accompany this essential curriculum. It's not to be used on its own-only in combination with the book and/or online courses. With this journal, we're exposed to all of the Take Action exercises within The You You've Never Met, creating a more precise, organized, and engaging process, guiding us all toward becoming the most real versions of ourselves. Grit and bravery are required to take this rare journey through your introduction to EMSO (Emotional Sobriety) Training.
