The Invisible List - Ravi Gupta

"A blueprint for joyfully rewriting your story."Charles Duhigg, bestselling author of The Power of HabitWe all have an "invisible list" of things we say we'll do when we finally have the time: learn the guitar, take up tennis, write a book, get our French from rusty to passable. But life always gets in the way. In this book, entrepreneur and educator Ravi Gupta presents a bold, inspiring approach to resurrecting your passions, no matter how limited your time or money. After realising that he had stopped doing anything for the sheer love of it, Gupta decided to dedicate one full year to becoming competent in one of his long-deferred hobbies. No quitting allowed. It soon became an annual pursuit that has included taking on screenwriting, surfing, and powerlifting. Combining the inspiration of The Happiness Project with the practical strategies of Atomic Habits, this book shows you how to reclaim time, rediscover joy and build habits that turn hidden dreams into real accomplishments. Part memoir, part guidebook, The Invisible List illustrates how to create a life worth living.
