In the civilian tactical environment, seconds count. TECC: Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, Third Edition trains EMS clinicians of all levels how to safely respond to and care for casualties of active shootings, vehicle rammings, and other intentional attacks in a civilian tactical environment.
