The film follows Detective Ezekiel 'Zeke' Banks Rock as he investigates a series of gruesome killings orchestrated by a copycat of the infamous Jigsaw killer. Aided by his rookie partner Detective William Schenk Minghella and his father Jackson, a police veteran of the homicide department, Zeke hunts down the killer whilst navigating a department full of corrupt cops.
