Primary Practice English Year 3 Question Book, Ages 7-8 (Sims Schofield &)(Paperback / softback) - diskuze

Schofield & Sims Primary Practice is the must-have series for mastery of the English and maths curriculums. With high expectations for all learners these books use a structured approach to ensure children develop a deep understanding of key knowledge and skills. Pupils work through a mixture of lively questions and activities to keep them engaged and on track. Step-by-step practice ensures that learning is fully embedded while varied question types encourage fluency and build confidence. Topics are split into three 'Practise', 'Extend' and 'Apply' sections, establishing a structured progression to build and extend children's learning. Three comprehension units draw on a range of stimulating fiction, non-fiction and poetry to develop reading skills. Each set of comprehension questions includes an '...in Action' box allowing children to apply their knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling or vocabulary to a real text, while an extended composition task gives children the opportunity to showcase their creative writing. This workbook provides: remember boxes to summarise key knowledge and terminology; handy Tip boxes to help with tricky concepts or question types; a final practice section with mixed questions to check progress; online answers with explanations.
