Across 40 of the most common and thorny questions faced by leaders, managers, and practitioners, Dr Karen Treisman and Mandy Davis explore the dilemmas that are often discussed behind closed doors, including:How do we do trauma-informed with funding cuts?Is trauma-informed just about being sweet and nice? How about when it collides and jars with existing policies and procedures?Drawing on the authors' real-world experience, Navigating the Journey to Trauma-Informed Organizational Change combines accessible content and visual elements to open up conversation and support professionals and policymakers looking to create lasting change. Bridging theory and practice, the bitesize, dip-in-and-dip-out format supports everyday practice and provides a practical companion for creating trauma-informed cultures across health, education, social care and justice settings.
