Moscow 2160 (light novel) - Kevin Steinbach - diskuze

Scavenge or starve. Fight or freeze. Kill or be killed. The year is 2160, and the Cold War still rages between the US and the USSR with no end in sight. In Moscow, freedom, truth, and prosperity have long since disappeared. Cold, hungry, abandoned children struggle to survive. Unpredictable cyborg soldiers return from war angry and armed. Government authorities monitor everyone via cyber nets while broadcasting about supposed victories abroad. In the battle behind the scenes, the KGB, Western bloc spies, and the mafia hunt one another down. Danila Kragin is a tool in their conflict—a mercenary and disposable asset called a “Janitor.” Struggling like everyone else, he’ll do any job for a price, and even amid a hail of bullets, he won’t go down. No matter what, he must make it home, for his beloved Stasia and for his younger siblings, who are awaiting his safe return.
