Low-budget American slasher horror. Following the death of his beloved, little sister Sissy Grace Powell in a tragic accident, mentally-stunted brute Jacob Kell Dylan Horne goes on a rampage and unleashes his fury upon the Texan town of Melvin Falls. The town responds by taking up arms against Jacob but they seem doomed to fail against his gargantuan power and rage.
