Action sequel focusing on the underground world of British hooliganism. The film follows undercover, Muslim cop Mo Simon Rivers as he infiltrates the hooligans of Shadwell Town Football Club. While he's tasked with investigating their behaviour and uncovering who's really behind the East London group, Mo finds himself increasingly drawn into their violent activities and questioning just how far he's willing to go for the sake of his job.
