Hank and Frank Learn to ride the Waves of Anxiety - Danelle Chapman

Hank and Frank Learn to Ride the Waves of Anxiety came from a mutual challenge with anxiety for both Henry and Frankie. Frankie feared new people and places, the car, and the vet. Henry's anxiety was more about making mistakes and worries when trying new things. Together Hank and Frank find ways to ride the wave of anxiety vs. the wave riding them, so they can keep having adventures, trying new things, and meeting new people. They learn that anxiety is inevitable but being miserable is not! In this book you'll learn to understand and name anxiety in your body and mind. Hank and his mom will also teach you breathing and grounding techniques to get you through those anxious moments.
