Its a story about a cat called Cassie and her adventures with a queen caterpillar called Cornelius and their adventures in Carmel, California. Both learn that some things change, but friendship can be everlasting. This story contains a lot of alliteration featuring a vocabulary containing hard cs, ks and qs since cats respond well to words containing these sounds.
