Brian Wilson: Songwriter 1969-1982 (DVD)

Documentary examining the songs produced by Brian Wilson for the Beach Boys from 1969-1982. Despite the success of 'Pet Sounds' 1966, propelled by Wilson's songwriting skill and willingness to innovate, tensions grew between the songwriter and the band during this period and his mental health deteriorated. Wilson nonetheless continued to contribute to the group's success as they enjoyed mainstream success in the 1970s.
