Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple je poctou postavě Reverenda Stigginse z románu Charlese Dickense Kronika Pickwickova klubu, jehož oblíbeným nápojem byl „ananasový rum“. Na vývoji této mimořádné edice se podílel barový historik David Wondrich. Blend rumů z melasy: Barbados: West Indies Distillery (kolonová a kotlíková destilace) Jamajka: Long Pond Distillery (kotlíková destilace) Trinidad: Trinidad Distillery Ltd. (kolonová destilace) Výroba: Slupky ananasu se macerují v rumu Plantation 3 Stars, který se následně destiluje na destilačním kotlíku v palírně Ferrand ve Francii. Dužina ananasu se maceruje v rumu Plantation Original Dark. Destilát a macerát se následně blendují dohromady. Výsledný destilát má bohaté a delikátní tóny ananasu, podtrhnuté náznaky kouře a hřebíčku. Doporučené podávání: perfektní pro koktejly, např. Daiquiri.
