Will Robie returns home from a mission overseas to discover that his boss - codenamed Blue Man - has vanished. The clues are scant. Blue Man went fly-fishing in remote Colorado, but there have been no sightings or communications since he left. Robie, along with his sometime-partner Jessica Reel, arrives in the rural Colorado town to discover that it has its own share of problems
